Costume designer. Born April 23, 1938. Full name: Arturo José Cuevas Martinez. AKA: Manuel Cuevas. Known for his distinctive style of rhinestone-studded western wear. Clientele list includes Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Dale Evans, Roy Rogers, Gram Parsons, Marty Stuart, and Dwight Yoakam.
