Join a Museum educator to write a song as a group in this introductory workshop. Music professional Adam Ollendorff will teach the fundamentals of songwriting, including form, theme, and rhyme scheme. Participants will share ideas and write an original song inspired by a Florida Georgia Line song, then record their new song set to an original track.

Ollendorff toured as a member of Kacey Musgraves’s band, and his songs have been recorded by Will Hoge and Keb’ Mo’.

Recommended for ages 7 and up, but all are welcome. Presented in support of the exhibition Florida Georgia Line: Mix It Up Strong. Taylor Swift Education Center. Limited seating. Included with Museum admission. Free to Museum members.
