This event has passed.

Geoff Tate and Adrian Vandenberg will perform many of their hit songs at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum’s CMA Theater.

Multi-platinum-selling, Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Geoff Tate is best known for his 30-plus years as the creative and driving force behind the progressive metal band Queensryche, which has sold more than 20 million albums worldwide and performed in more than 50 countries. In 2014, the band changed its name to Operation: Mindcrime and released a concept album trilogy: The Key (2015), Resurrection (2016) and The New Reality (2017). They supported each album with an international tour that included extensive runs in the United States. Beginning in June 2018, Tate and the current lineup of Operation: Mindcrime hit the road to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Operation: Mindcrime, performing the 1988 landmark concept album from beginning to end.

The band Vandenberg, led by namesake Adrian Vandenberg, exploded out of the Netherlands and onto the global music scene with a self-titled 1982 album, notching an international hit with “Burning Heart” and paving the way for their seminal releases Heading for a Storm (1983) and Alibi (1985). The band toured the United States, Europe and Japan alongside Kiss, Ozzy Osbourne, Rush, Scorpions, Michael Schenker and many others before Adrian Vandenberg joined Whitesnake and played on the #1 hit “Here I Go Again,” from the band’s multi-platinum, self-titled 1987 album. Vandenberg co-wrote Whitesnake’s platinum-selling follow-up album, Slip of the Tongue (1989), and has performed hundreds of shows as a member of the band. He also launched the acclaimed band Vandenberg’s MoonKings in 2013 and released three albums: Vandenberg’s MoonKings (2014), MK II (2017) and Rugged and Unplugged (2018). The band Vandenberg released a comeback album, 2020, in 2020 and followed it with 2023’s Sin.

Tickets will go on sale here on Friday, Aug. 11, at 10 AM Central.
