Jamie Floyd wrote the Grammy-nominated song “The Blade” (Ashley Monroe) as well as “Mississippi Flood” (Hayden Panettiere), “Resentment” (Kesha), and songs recorded by Ingrid Andress, Kelly Clarkson, Ronnie Dunn, Miranda Lambert, Brian McKnight, and Kellie Pickler. Floyd released her EP New Girl in 2019 and is currently working on music for the upcoming Broadway musical The King’s Wife.

She appears in the critically acclaimed music documentary The Last Songwriter (2016) and was a contestant on USA Network’s 2018 reality series Real Country. Ford Theater. Included with museum admission. Program ticket required. Free to museum members.
