Venue Rental

Corporate Events

Our event venues offer businesses, corporations, and other organizations beautiful spaces to create powerful work, connect, and inspire. Surrounded by the charm of Music City, we’re located in the heart of downtown Nashville. This puts your team’s business within walking distance from some of the city’s greatest pleasures—its world-class hotels and restaurants and iconic honky-tonks.

Three of our most popular spaces for corporate events are the Mike Curb Conservatory, the Event Hall, and the Bud Wendell and Steve Turner Board Room.

Amenities like in-house catering, state-of-the-art audiovisual and production services (including entertainment assistance), customized Hatch Show Print posters and other branding opportunities,  exclusive after-hours Museum tours, and more are available.  Our comprehensive planning capabilities keep things in-house—simplifying your planning process.

Whether you’re looking to host a team dinner honoring a colleague, a memorable night for your VIPs, or an important meeting—our versatile event spaces offer something for every organization.

Event Spaces

The Conservatory is a symbolic part of the narrative architecture of our building, representing the “front porch” origins of country music. Center-cut yellow pine floors create the foundation of the space and locally-sourced Crab Orchard stone lines the walls, supporting a cascading water feature— making this a striking space for evening events.

Upstairs in our Event Hall, the 40-foot tall glass windows give guests a front-row view of the downtown skyline, providing an awe-inspiring setting for receptions, dinners, general sessions, awards programs, and more.

Our Bud Wendell and Steve Turner Board Room offers an exhilarating view of the city skyline.  With a built-in 65-foot, U-shaped granite table and executive chairs, it's designed to impress.
