Singer-songwriter Aimee Mann’s successful solo career spans four decades and ten critically acclaimed solo albums that have earned her two Grammy awards and several Grammy nominations. Her songs are also featured on the popular soundtrack for the film “Magnolia,” which garnered Mann Academy Award and Golden Globe nominations for Best Song in 2000 for “Save Me.” Her album Mental Illness won her a Grammy for Best Folk Album in 2018. Earlier in her career, Mann fronted the band ‘Til Tuesday, releasing three albums and scoring a major hit with the single “Voices Carry.” She has also made numerous memorable cameo appearances in films such as “The Big Lebowski” and television shows like “Portlandia” and “The Daily Show.” Her latest release Queens of the Summer Hotel continues to showcase her award-winning songwriting and musical talent.
