Hours, Timed Ticketing, and Location

Museum Visitation
- The Museum galleries close at 5:00 PM.
- Most visitors spend an average of 2 hours enjoying them.
- Peak visitation hours are between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
- Please note there are no refunds or exchanges if you missed a timed guided tour.
Guided Tours: Guided Museum Tour, Historic RCA Studio B, and Hatch Show Print Tours
- If you purchase a tour of Historic RCA Studio B and/or Hatch Show Print, you will need to arrive at your queuing area at least 15 minutes prior to the tour time to ensure you do not miss the tour.
- To preserve the quality of the tour and avoid disruptions, late arrivals are not guaranteed access.
- The option to reschedule is based on availability and is not guaranteed.
- Refunds are not available after the tour has started.
Parking Discounts and Transportation
All Museum visitors have the opportunity to park at the Walk of Fame Parking Garage (161 4th Ave. S.) or the SoBro Tower Garage (210 3rd Ave. S.) for a flat rate of $15 (up to 3 hours) or $25 (up to 6 hours). Offered daily between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM with validation from the Museum.
Museum members will receive an additional $5 off of the already discounted rate ($10 up to 3 hours, $20 up to 6 hours). Validations codes are available to pick up at the Museum Info Desk (inside the Conservatory) until 5pm daily.
