Membership renewals begin the day your current membership is set to expire, no matter how early the renewal takes place.

Anyone can become a Museum member.

Memberships do not renew automatically. To renew a membership, members can log into their account on the website, call the Museum’s membership office (615) 416-2026 on Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central or email membership@countrymusichalloffame.org.

All memberships are fully tax deductible, with the exception of $30 from the Honor Society membership. Tax deductible receipts can be provided for all members at the $250 level or more.

Yes, members can upgrade their membership anytime by calling the Museum’s membership office at (615) 416-2026 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central or email membership@countrymusichalloffame.org.

Members will receive their membership card(s) in the mail within 7-10 business days after purchase.

Members receive monthly newsletters with information on upcoming programs, exhibitions and events, along with invitations to member-exclusive events. We encourage members to add the Museum to their safe senders list to ensure communications make it to their inbox.

A family membership includes two named adults along with all children ages 18 and under residing in the same household.

Membership must be active through the date of the event they are registering for. Members can book tours by logging into their account on the website or by calling the reservations department at (615) daily between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central.

Memberships support the Museum’s educational mission to collect, preserve and interpret the evolving history and traditions of country music.

The Museum offers corporate memberships. The Corporate Honor Society of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum provides unique and valuable benefits to engage company executives, employees, and clients with one of America’s most-visited museums. Troubadour membership — offered to young professionals ages 21-45 — includes all of the benefits of an individual membership plus invitations to quarterly networking events each the year, as well as invites to exclusive after-hours events like “Nightfall at the Hall.”

General membership discounts include: free admission to the Museum galleries and the Taylor Swift Education Center along with admission to hundreds of Museum programs, including weekly songwriter sessions, and family activities; pre-sale opportunities for publicly ticketed CMA Theater concerts; discounted Museum Audio Guides and tours of Historic RCA Studio B and Hatch Show Print; 10% off all purchases in The Museum Store, Hatch Show Print, Red Onion and Bajo Sexto Taco; and parking discounts at select Metropolis lots. At this time, the Museum does not have any reciprocal memberships with other institutions.
