Have you ever wanted to learn to play the ukulele? The Museum travels to the Nashville Public Library’s Bordeaux Branch to offer budding musicians a chance to strum this popular Hawaiian instrument while playing familiar songs. Participants will learn and practice ukulele basics with multi-instrumentalist and educator Anna Uptain, who has written several instructional books for beginning musicians.

Ukuleles provided, or bring your own.

Recommended for ages 7 and up, but all are welcome.

Presented in support of the Nashville Public Library’s Summer Reading Challenge.
