Community Pop-up: Musician Spotlight: Wyatt Ellis and Dailey & Vincent at CMA Fest Fan Fair X
Emerging bluegrass talent Wyatt Ellis and bluegrass duo Dailey & Vincent will perform and share stories about their careers in this special Musician Spotlight, part of Fan Fair X at CMA Fest presented by SoFi. Ellis is a teen multi-instrumentalist known for his mandolin playing who is currently featured in the Museum’s exhibition American Currents: State of the Music alongside his mentor, Sierra Hull. In addition to Hull, Ellis has performed with Dierks Bentley, Sam Bush, Vince Gill, Jim Lauderdale, Del McCoury, Mark O’Connor, Bobby Osborne, Billy Strings, Marty Stuart, Molly Tuttle, and Charlie Worsham. He made his Grand Ole Opry debut in 2023 alongside Dailey & Vincent, the duo of Jamie Dailey and Darren Vincent. Founded in 2007, Dailey & Vincent have released nine albums and won thirteen International Bluegrass Music Association awards, twenty-three Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music of America awards, and three Gospel Music Association Dove awards.
