Singer-songwriter Faren Rachels wrote “Girl Go” by Chrissy Metz, as well as “This One’s Gonna Cost Me” and “Weak-End, both songs on Lainey Wilson’s Grammy-winning Bell Bottom Country album. She released two singles in 2023: “The Rug” and “Bad Whiskey” featuring Ashland Craft, both of which she co-wrote. Rachels also co-wrote all seven songs on her 2022 album, Cryin’ with the Windows Down. She has opened for Luke Combs, Brantley Gilbert, Willie Nelson, and Dwight Yoakam. Ford Theater.
